safe cosmetics

check out - http://www.safecosmetics.org/companies/signers.cfm

The companies listed above have pledged to not use chemicals that are known or strongly suspected of causing cancer, mutation or birth defects in their products and to implement substitution plans that replace hazardous materials with safer alternatives in every market they serve. Several major cosmetics companies, including OPI, Avon, Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, Revlon, Proctor & Gamble and Unilever have thus far refused to sign the Compact for Safe Cosmetics.

i am learning more about this as i switch from skin care brands i've been using for years to a new one called glimpse.

check it out - http://www.mymangosteen.com/TasteSensation/canad/product/Glimpse.asp

who makes it you say - Xango (approved as a safe cosmetic)

who sells it you wonder - i do (interested? let me know)

if you would like to put nutrition on your skin instead of potentially toxic chemicals you might like to try glimpse.

think it's just for women, think again, men are enjoying it's benefits as well.
