hmm...seen the truth of that too close to home and too often myself. Don't know what more one can do as an elder in the church to provide care for our pastors when they are so far into denial that they won't admit the truth. I have to take hope in the fact that each one of us is on a journey with Christ and that he does not let us go, and continue to uphold our pastors in prayer. Especially the prayer for protection.
